- - Arrived Sep 15; customs detained; seller must provide docs; courier can't help.
I made my purchase on September 3rd (GSHMRB00W0003LW, tracking number 712171****05 ) and I'm still waiting for it! It arrived on September 15th to my country but was detained by customs, which in the website says that they take care of.
I contacted the courier (chileexpress) but they said I can't do anything to retrieve the package, that the seller needs to contact them and send some documents. I have tried numerous times to contact shein.
In the app they only have automatic responses that don't work, I have also written some emails that were never answered, I have made some inquires in this and other websites and nothing... and I'm desperate by now.
